Katja and Viking were married on April 22, 2000, in the Ice Chapel at the Icehotel in the Icechurch, Sweden. Following their reception dinner, the bride and groom joined their guests in the Absolut Icebar. After leaving the Icebar, everyone met in the hot bath outdoors.
