While there are so many great resorts that do a fine job catering to encore couples, there are also unique destination wedding alternatives. Have you ever dreamed of having your wedding like those in the movies, held at beautiful homes overlooking the ocean? You can! . . .and. . . THE PARTY’S NOT OVER IN FIVE HOURS! With the average price of a wedding starting at a whopping $25,000, more couples are looking for unique wedding and honeymoon options.

This Miami home (shown here) is just one of the beautiful homes available through Married Away. Locations are available around the world, with most homes located directly on the ocean. The amenities available are unbelievable, i.e., tennis courts, in-ground pools, guest cottages, boats, and more. These homes give your wedding a more intimate feel, and also provide a closeness with your family and guests who come to share in this special occasion. You don’t have to worry about resort crowds; this is your own private retreat. Bringing the children? There are many destinations that have activities for the children while giving you the private time that you desire.

When seeing these homes for the first time, a common reaction is "we can’t afford this". However, you would be surprised at how affordable these packages are in comparison with a traditional wedding and certain resort destination weddings. Our average price during peak season is $6,500 which includes: rental of a luxury home (on the average most sleep 10 people) for one week (two weeks or more can be arranged), full-service professional wedding planning, negotiations with vendors, marriage license assistance, passport/residency requirements, obtaining any permits, travel arrangements, wedding etiquette, invitations, bridal attire, and more. In addition, couples save money by catering their reception their way, without having to resort to the high prices some caterers charge. You may also opt for a barbeque style reception. Depending on the time of year, discounts may be offered.
