Coconut Grove, FL - - From simple and classic, to elaborate and exotic, the Mayfair House Hotel will make sure every couple's wedding fantasies come true. "Weddings at the Mayfair are customized to fulfill dreams and surpass all expectations of this magnificent occasion," said Elda Brouwer, catering director for Mayfair.

With its dramatic spaces, art nouveau shapes and tropical flora, the Mayfair House is the perfect backdrop for a wedding. Nestled in the heart of Coconut Grove, the hotel prides itself on its first class European service and attention to detail. "We do not put together cookie cutter weddings," said Brouwer. "We work with each bride to make sure every single detail comes together to create the perfect wedding she envisions."

The Mayfair House Hotel hosts an average of 200 weddings per year. Offering enchanting garden ceremonies at the Palm or Champagne Court, lovely cocktail receptions in the Tiffany ballroom, Kentia room or Orchids Bar and exquisite dinner dance receptions in the Tiffany and Crystal Ballrooms, there is nothing more romantic than a wedding at the Mayfair.

The complete wedding package at the Mayfair House Hotel includes a four-hour open bar, one-hour cocktail reception, wine with dinner, champagne toast, five course gourmet meal, Mayfair wedding cake, white glove service, special linens, complimentary suite for the bride and groom and special suite rates for out of town guests.

Mayfair House weddings can also include ornate table displays of Viennese sweets, crepes stations, an international coffee bar or after dinner drinks, at an additional charge.

"While weddings at the Mayfair have a reputation for being very elaborate, the extent to which is entirely up to the host," says Brouwer. Like the bride who requested that butterflies be released during the ceremony, Mayfair's wedding planners will work with the host to ensure that all requests are accommodated, with respect to the couple's budget.

The hotel is an ideal location for couples expecting out of town guests. "The party is not limited to dinner, but starts the moment out of town guests arrive," Brower said. "With so many activities available for guests in Coconut Grove, hosts need not worry about planning a program of activities for visiting friends and family."

Located right in the heart of the trendy Coconut Grove shopping and entertainment enclave, The Mayfair House features 179 luxurious suites, gourmet dining, extensive meeting and special event facilities, and unsurpassed European service and attention to detail.
