On the 15th of each month we feature a new and magnificent wedding! This is more than just a weekly "best site" contest with a link to the couple's wed-site. We will take you through the entire wedding process...from the planning, to the actual event, and everything in between...including every detail which made each big day special, as told by the newlyweds.

You know I love you, I always will...
The couple describes themselves, and Amelia describes how they met: "Stephen is a doctor that have a strong interest in designing websites and cycling. Amelia is a physiotherapist now concentrating in Women's health. She wants to be a mum.

In my mind, the first scene of our love story is the moment when Stephen walked away from his work-mates and approached me in Cafe Kaz (cafeteria of the Royal Melbourne Hospital). We started our first conversation and he asked for my mobile number. Not long after, we met again at the Nursing Desk in Ward 4S. We were both writing patient's notes and suddenly he told me he knew the date of my birthday. I was really surprised and he said he searched from the Yahoo by my name. From that moment I knew he wanted to...

Then one day when I finished the day at the hospital, I was so tired. An SMS message (thanks to Gerard, our groomsman) cheered me up and started our long conversation through SMS messages. That weekend we went out with Cammy (our maid of honour) and one more friend, and that night was our first date when he took me out for a drive."

My mind’s made up by the way that I feel...
The couple describes their engagement: "On Christmas Day 2001, Stephen bought a ring for me a few days before. He asked me to marry him first thing in the morning. I was barely awake, and I think that was why I said yes. Ha!"

There's no beginning...
The couple discusses their 'big day': "We held our ceremony at my old school, Xavier College in Melbourne, Australia. The venue itself was very unique."

There'll be no end...
The couple describes the reception: "Our reception was held at the Melbourne Aquarium. It was special to have a blue theme in our wedding and water/aquatic sense to it. Of course, we ended up going to the Maldives for more sunshine and water."

'Cause on my love you can depend...
The couple describes their wedding attire: "The bride wore a white, halter-style wedding gown with full ballgown skirt. It featured a corseted back tied with a bow. She wore a scalloped-edge veil. The groom's tux was simple from Studio Italia."

So if you really love me...
When asked if there was anything they would do differently, the couple replied: "Proof-read the best man's speech beforehand. It was way too long..."

When asked what they would do the same: "Hold our reception in the Aquarium."

Come on and let it show...
To sum up what made their wedding day special, the couple answered: "We had specially made lollies marked 'Amelia loves Stephen'. And we loved our blue theme."
