On the 15th of each month we feature a new and magnificent wedding! This is more than just a weekly "best site" contest with a link to the couple's wed-site. We will take you through the entire wedding process...from the planning, to the actual event, and everything in between...including details which made each big day special.

These are the moments I'll remember all my life...
Kevin says he knew of Aubrey before she even knew he existed. They both posted messages on the bulletin board of their local internet provider. Then one day Aubrey went on break at work with a friend of hers, where Kevin also worked. They started talking during their breaks. Eventually they stopped working together and an e-mail friendship moved along at a very quick pace. They started dating exclusively soon after their first date and moved in together a few months later.

These are the moments I know all I need is this...
Just over three years later, Kevin talked about spending a January Saturday together outside. After beautiful afternoons all week, they woke up to rain that day. Kevin said he still wanted to go, so they drove over to a large wooded area in the next county. They started hiking down the trail talking about different things -- including how five other couples they knew got engaged over the holiday season.

At the last lookout point during their hike, they came to a small cave tucked into the side of the bluff. It was too rainy and slippery to climb, so Aubrey started to head back to the car. Kevin asked Aubrey if she wanted to marry him, and she couldn't believe it. They went shopping for rings together shortly thereafter.

And right here in this moment is right where I'm meant to be...
Aubrey describes their wedding ceremony as a "fairy tale come true". The bride arrived via horse-drawn carriage. The ceremony took place at The Conservatory in the historic district of St. Charles, Missouri. The setting was a beautiful greenhouse that gave the event an intimate, outside feel without subjecting the guests to the sweltering June heat.

The bride carried white and purple calla lilies with lavender roses. The colors selected were Victorian lilac and white. The Reverend Dr. Michael M. Mason officiated the vows. After they were pronounced husband and wife, the newlyweds departed by carriage.

The bride wore a short-sleeved, white wedding dress with sweetheart neckline. The sleeves were made of lace, and the bodice of the gown featured additional lace and beading. The chapel-length train had lace-insets and scalloped edging which continued into the full-skirt hem. The bride's attendants wore "Victorian Lilac" gowns with tiny flowers made of ribbon around the necklines and on the straps.

I've got all I've waited for...and I could not ask for more...
Aubrey and Kevin's reception took place at the Golf View Inn. This reception hall had previously hosted numerous wedding receptions on the groom's side of the family, including his parents' reception. It had sentimental value for the couple, in addition to being in a beautiful location overlooking a well-maintained golf course.

Guests dined on a scrumptious buffet-styled meal. The wedding cake was a three-tiered classic white cake with Swiss dots. It was topped with lavender roses. Afterwards the couple and guests danced the night away to disco, 80s and 90s music. The evening was everything they newlyweds could have dreamed of.

Aubrey exclaimed that everything went off without a hitch, and proudly described the entire event as "wonderful"!
