The Dress of the Month Contest is honored to present our new November 2004 winning couple, the Livicker-Quelch wedding. They were married on August 14, 2004. Here is the November 2004 Dress of the Month's description as told by the bride:
"My dress is designed by Venus Woman and features short sheer sleeves with beading and embroidery on the bodice. It has a sweetheart neckline and an A-line skirt with a scalloped hemline trimmed with lace.
The dress was heavily altered by a genius seamstress - Hong Ngyen of St. Catharines, Ontario. Being a plus-sized girl I truly appreciated the flattering lines and "not-so-bulky" design of this dress. Plus I was able to show a bit of skin without having to highlight any of my less than favourite body parts!"
